About Us - KDK Legal

Kayla Demars-Krentz

“As a former avid litigator with extensive experience running trials in both the Provincial Court of Saskatchewan and the court of Queen’s Bench in family law, criminal law and civil matters, I now devote my energy and expertise to paving pathways for better processes to resolve family law disputes without court intervention.

As a trained collaborative lawyer, mediator, and parenting coordinator, my caring and comprehensive approach endeavours to reduce the heartache, stress and pain of the legal process by early intervention and resolution through negotiation.”
