Meet Kayla DeMars-Krentz. Kayla’s professional mission is to lead the way forward with better solutions for Canadian families to successfully walk through conflict and dissolution without the devastating and lasting effects typically experienced in the traditional legal system.
Kayla is deeply committed to keeping all family law matters out of court after witnessing the devastating effects the traditional legal system has on families; most specifically children. In her seven years of litigation experience, Kayla has learned the value of dispute resolution through effective process and now seeks to provide out-of-court services in mediation, parenting coordination, collaborative law, and online dispute resolution through her new company providing out of court divorce services.
Kayla is currently in her seventh year of practicing law, a certified Collaborative Law Practitioner, and has completed Dispute Resolution Mediation Training. As of the Fall of 2019, Kayla is pursuing a Professional Masters of Law in Dispute Resolution at Osgoode Hall, York University.
